For first time non-members who meet all of the following criteria:
• qualified by an OFC TFL (at an Ontario College, or University)
• qualified by an OFC TFL outside an Ontario College or University
• Has at least 1 certification (ex. Group Exercise, Nutrition Consultant or Aqua) and has a minimum 2 year college diploma in fitness and health promotion OR nutrition and healthy lifestyle promotion or a 4 year degree in health sciences
